FKART_RL is the field represents invoice type fields in tableVBRK.Then what is the field for credit memo and in which table?

The invoice document type for a credit memo can be found in the table VBRK in the field FKART.

This logic holds true for all billing documents which includes invoice, credit and debit documents.

if u want the system to pick up all the credit memos, then use 'VBRK-VBTYP=O' and if u want the system to pick up only a specific type of credit memo then use : 'vbrk-fkart=G2'.

Hi,

The credit memo header details are stored in VBRK and line items are stored in VBRP. The field that is used to identify the billing document type is VBRK-FKART. The standard credit memo document type is G2.

Hi,

I think FKART_RL represents invoice list type.

Credit memo is one type of billing document . Hence it is maintained in the field.

We can see the value as O in Sd docuement category in VOFA.

This is the field that charactrises the docuement properties.Its field is VBTYP.
