Pricing error

VPRS IS NOT GETTING CALCULTAED , IT GIVES THE BELOW SAID ERROR.... CAN SOME ON EPLS GUIDE ME ON THIS.

Diagnosis

The condition is set as an automatic condition without access sequence. Stored condition formulas may deactivate the condition.

You can check 'Pricing Analysis' screen to see the cause of the pricing error. Check under VPRS, system shows why the condition type has an error - eg. Requirement not fulfilled, etc. Mostly its due to material master std / moving avg price issues. Or if its made to order, it may be due to errors in sales order costing.

Also check whether checkbox "Determine cost" is checked or not?

1)Check whether you have maintained Moving Avg/Std price in MMR.

2)check in pricing procedure---> the VPRS should have requirement of 004

3)Item category shd be price relevent.

Hi,

In condition type v/06, select the condition type VPRS, click on details icon(magnifying glass), then you will find the field pricing relevance.

In VOV7 go to details of the Item category that you want in first block " Business Data" in that you can find the 7th field "Pricing" which is for maintaining Price relevance.

check the item category which u r using ,determine cost should be activated

and delivery plant should be given in cmr/mmr/ or at the time of creating sales order

Hi,

The condition type VPRS will gets its value from the cost maintained in the material master 'Accounting-1' view. There you have to maintain the Standard or Moving average price for this material. Then the condition type VPRS will automatically get populated with this value.
