Actually my client is a construction equipment manufacturing company and there is no inhouse production i.e once they got the order they will give subcontract to vendors and finally they will assemble the product at the customers site after receiving the all components from subcontractors.
Since no In-house production takes place, the Planned Order can be converted to Subcontracting Purchase Order and after receiveing from the vendor GR is completed.After quality check, the materila moves to stock. With the final product assembled at the site, production order is raised and the dependent materials are picked from the stores.
