Current status & Open Alerts in MMC showing Red after SOLAMAN 4.0 SR2 insta

Dear all,

I have got an error  in Solman after installation..After login & check SICk every thng is workig fine

but

 Open alerts from SAPMMC -

-

---

>Hostname__00----

-

---

job_sap_rsicfdlt(Count 18002900) aborted.

It's not coming to greeen even my CURRENT STATUS from SAPMMC is red.

Do you have any Resolution on this.. pls reply ASAP, Points will be rewarded

the OPEN ALERTS section will almost always be RED. it`s almost impossible to bring this to green.

now, does your SAP instance work fine? probably because you can login and check SICK. so, no real worries.

to eliminate RED aletrts, you must investigate them 1 by 1. in your case, a job was cancelled. check status in ST22 and SM37.

take note that these alerts come from the same repository that transaction RZ20 uses.
