What is the use of V.21?

What is the use of the transaction code V.21? What happens when we run it? Does it provides only some information or it also processes any documents?

<b>V.21 - Log of Collective Run</b>

Log of the errors happened in the collective Invoice processing.

When you collectively process a Invoice List, then some invoices do not get processed due to certain errors in the document.The Log lists all such documents which have not been processed, and the error ( reason for not being processed) is also shown in the output.

Hi,

A collective run appears as a line in the list of collective runs. This line provides information including:

1.The number of documents created during collective billing

2.Any errors that occurred during collective billing

If any errors occur, an error log can be called for the collective run in question.

A number that uniquely identifies a group of deliveries or invoices, for instance.

The system assigns the number automatically when you create a group of deliveries or invoices, for example. You cannot change this number manually.

The transaction codes is maintained in the tables TSTC and TSTCT. So, you can have a look via SE16
