Materials not passing to GTS; Urgent pls

Hi,

I have setup logical & RFC connections between ECC and GTS works fine.

when I am performing initial material transfer (1 material)from ECC to GTS, it gives me following message

"1 material selected and 0 were passed successfully". what could be the reason I don't understand.

I have done following things.

GTS - i have setup

1. Number ranges for custom products.

2. also define output format for external product numbers

And from ECC side though not required for initial transfers - i have

1. Activated chnage pointers globally

2. activated message types "/SAPSLL/MATMAS_SLL" and "MATAMS"

Can anybody, what else I am missing either GTS or ECC side...as far as RFC are concerned working fine and also I have done ALE setup for receiver and sender RFS.

Hi,

have You had a look at the transfer log in GTS? Errors should be posted there with an explanation. If there is no log, check the logging settings for material master transfer in GTS.

In most cases it is due to UOMs not assigned to any ISO-code.

Hi,

The probelm with UOMs, ECC not in sink w/ GTS UOM.

I was able to resolve and it works fine.
