PR mandatory to create PO

hi all

what are the settings needed to make PR mandatory for PO.i tried with Authorization for buyers in conf but still i can create PO manually

There is user exit which is available for PO at the time of saving.contact your Abaper and ask them to use the user exit and check the condition if the PR field for any line item is empty then the user exit has to be called and should not allow to save the PO

for this to done go to tcode:omet

create new authorisation

and assign prequisition field as required and give nbf as refernce document type

an save it.

now go to su01 and give user name and give parameter efb and asign ur create authorisation and save it log off and log in and try ur result in me21n/me21

Hi,

yes this will work.

is it possible with any programme (Badi or...),because in my case i have so many users,the parametre ID needs to be added to all users,management don't want to take that risk of checking individual ID that properly assigned with parametre ID.

PLease suggest any other alternative.

actually we found a badi for ME21N not able to possible for ME21.
