Diff . between send mail step in WS & RSWUWFML

Hi ,

Can any one explain the Diff . between send mail step in WS & RSWUWFML

(We are using 4.6B)?

For using RSWUWFML , what r the settings I have to made........?

By using the program RSWUWFML you can pass the executable attachment of the workitem along with the notification. For this no extra step is required in the Workflow Design.

Hi Srinivasan,

The report RSWUWFML can be used to inform an employee by mail that there is a new work item in their workflow inbox. And you can schedule this report regularly reminding the Agent to execute the workitem.

Mail step is a workflow step type to send a mail.
