how many ways u can block the customer. Apart from TCode XD05 & VD05. Recently i faced this question

Hi MURALI,

You can block CMR in CMR itself .

In XD02,EXTRAS----->BLOCKING DATA and then enter appropriate keys(whether order block or delivery block or billing block in all sale areas).reward if it is useful.
