eSOA: ECC_SALESORDER009QR problems

Former Member

Scalar fields in ECC_SALESORDER009QR request are defined in WSDL as optional (minOccurs="0").

For example, DeliveryBlockedIndicatorSpecified.

Probably, this is OK.

But it seems the following problems are related to this and would not appear if fields were mandatory (minOccurs="1"):

1. Testing in Web Service Navigator problem

Pressing 'skip' on DeliveryBlockedIndicatorSpecified leads to the following error:

***

Application error occurred during request processing.

Details: com.sap.engine.services.webservices.wsnavigator.WSNavigatorException: null

Exception id: [001279D3F68B00570000002B0000185400043CE14885DC9A]

***

2. Web Service Client problem

Providing empty value for DeliveryBlockedIndicatorSpecified in SOAP request leads to the following error in response:

***

<soap-env:Envelope xmlns:soap-env="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/">

<soap-env:Body>

<nr1:SalesOrderERPBasicDataByElementsResponse_sync xmlns:nr1="http://sap.com/xi/APPL/Global2">

<Log>

<MaximumLogItemSeverityCode>1</MaximumLogItemSeverityCode>

<Item>

<TypeID>701(SFB)</TypeID>

<SeverityCode>1</SeverityCode>

<Note>Conversion failed: Invalid input format</Note>

</Item>

</Log>

</nr1:SalesOrderERPBasicDataByElementsResponse_sync>

</soap-env:Body>

</soap-env:Envelope>

P.S. I've never created CSN tickets as advised here.

How could I do this using my S-number and what is ACN for ECC_SALESORDER009QR?

Problems Regarding a Specific Enterprise Service

You can report problems on single services by creating a CSN ticket on the respective application component hierarchy (ACH). Make sure you use "eSOA:" as a prefix in the subject field. You can find the related ACH name within the technical details section browsing ES Workplace pages.

Sam,

Someone mentioned in response to my questions on the same subject that not every one can file CSN ticket. It has to be an SAP customer.

Please correct me if that is not the case.

Sam,

While I had slightly different problem, but was also wondering how to report.

I have mentioned that situation in my .

In the absence of any clear reporting point, I think this Forum is the best place to put up your questions, unless someone from <b>SAP</b> guides us in the right direction.
