Hello all:
We have the following scenario -
Zone 1 has say Machines 1, 2, 3 and we have created the standard xMII navigation tree
Zone 1 link (with 3 links for the 3 machines under this)
Machine 1
Machine 2
Machine 3
Suppose Machine 1 is now moved to say a different Zone (say Zone 2) and a new Machine (say Machine 4) added to Zone 1 the desired navigation tree would now be
Zone 1
Machine 2
Machine 3
Machine 4
Question:
Could we dynamically achieve this in xMII? Else could we have the standard xMII menu structure/navigation be driven say by a database which maintains the list of machines in the Zone? Any other thoughts would be highly appreciated.
You are better off only creating navigation links for the Zones (assuming that these do not change quite as much if at all), and then on the corresponding web page use the database to drive the screen that lists the Zone specific Machines.

Jeremy
