Package Prefix defined in SLD, still can't reserve

I've defined a few additional design time package prefixes in the SLD, but no matter what I do, I still can't reserve packages from the developer studio. I've updated the CMS, re-imported the developer config, re-connected to the DI, etc. Whenever I try to reserve a new package, I get an error that says the package name is invalid.

The interesting thing is that prefixes that I created months ago don't show up in the list presented in the dialog box; assuming that the names are alphabetically sorted, that is, since the list of allowable prefixes is truncated by the size of the dialog.

I can't find anything in the docs beyond 'Go here to create the prefix' - what step am I missing?

BTW, we're running NW70/SP13.

Have you checked the name server configuration.

Name server config is fine - apparently, it was a timeout issue. I went on vacation for a week, and when I came back, I was able to reserve the package names.

Strange.
