Multiple mails are getting generated

Hi all,

I have a workflow which sends a mail and a workitem to users of a plant to process an Errored IDOC. I am using the standard method SENDTASKDESCRIPTION of object SELFITEM for the mail sending purpose.

I have defined a position in which currently three users are there.

When an error idoc is getting generated i am getting 9 mails. i.e 3 for each of them.

Hi Abhishek,

Maintain the check function module to control the mails.
