Room Usage Analysis - not registrating visits

Some time ago I created a collaboration room - but lately the Romm Usage Analysis does not register any visits. Nor does the "Last visited on" in the room update.

We are running KMC 6.0.14. - and planning to upgrade next year. Does anyone have input for this that does not include upgrading?

My respect for still running that 2 year old version.

As you feared the worst, beside upgrading I have no idea. I know of many changes and corrections in that area since that time. I've never heard of this concrete issue. You might check the trace if this is anything related to config / system specific here, otherwise I don't see a chance for a solution.-
