Hi

We get the error "Request cannot be executed from the Business workplace "when trying to approve leave request from either SAP business workplace

(SBWP) or from the Manager's Desktop (PPMDT)

No details screen , approval or reject buttons are shown

probably you are using a new workflow ws12300111.... which version of ERP are you using please.... try to execute it from portal -> universal worklist

Hi,

You are trying to execute the SAP webdynrpo based ESS workflow 123000111 from SBWP . This should be executed through the universal worklist as Barin has said.

why do you want to use sbwp is there any specific reason please?

Is there any option to approve leave both from UWL and SBWP

ITS based workflow can be executed from both. But web dynpro based are supposed to be executed from UWL.

Did you try refreshing the inbox with SWU_OBUF Transaction code and Logout and login ? Even after that not working then it seems to be a problem with SAP Gui.
