Syndicating records after approval

Dear all,

Records imported into MDM first have to be approved before syndicated.

New records have to follow a match merge step in a workflow before syndicator server can pick the records and also for changes, changes first have to be approved, also in a workflow, before syndicating.

However, new records are syndicating as soon as they are loaded/entered. Changed records in a workflow are syndicated as well even when they are checked out.

How to block those records for the syndication server?

Hi Antonise,

If you have workflow process for syndication, you can use syndication on demand concept.

by using this concept, you can design a workflow, prior to syndication step you can have approval step.
