Hello Rama,
Can i use the same SAP C.D's which i use for Windows?
The answer is no. Particlularily because SAP kernel is different for different OS. Also Unix make use of .sh files while windows uses .exe and .dlls. So this is out of question.
For installation documents please refer to installation guides at marketplace.

Hi Ramakrishna,
This depends on what type of database you have. The original disks that came out for Linux on Max DB for Enterprise 4.7 had both the linux and the Windows installation files (the java installer will run on either system). So I would check the disks you have and see if the installation program mentioned in the Installation Guide is on the install disk (the linux installer will be in this subdirectory: SAPINST/UNIX/LINUX_32/INSTALL).
Hope that helps.

Hi Rama,
During your preparation proper, always check Label.asc from the CD to see if it is applicable for Linux platform.
