Hi! Experts,

Would you mind sharing your business process with me?

If User first creates the PR

PR then workflows to manager for approval

PO will be automatically created for approved PR

Will these PO auto release as well ? or workflow to Purchasing Manager for approval again ?

Dear KL,

Approval means that a document will need an approval before continue the process, if you want automatic appove,then no need to use release strategy after PO created wihout release strategy, then you can process it for GR and IV.Also it the WF approval in PR and PO is different , so if you activate both of the WF ,then it will need to approve in PR and PO.

Hi,

It depends upon the settings of the PO release strategy. You can have a seperate PO type for such case and assign no release startegy to this PO type.
