Service Desk Logs
Is there any way to look at the logs for a message logged in service desk in a single tab.
Example: I create the initial message and put log details and send to message processor. Message processor then put in a log and says wrong guy and send to another message processors.
I want to capture all the log entries in one overview.
At the moment when I go to 'Transaction data" and select overview I'm only able to see the log entry of the 'reply' & 'internal note' log. Anything else is not captured.
Even when the reply log is populated again, this information is then not also captured.
Any help would be good thanks.
