Issue in Neg Deduction -inftpe 2006

Hi,

I have 5 days Neg Deduction for my Leave type.

Eg:Emp accrued 2 days in Jan, but applied for 4 days leave.So system deducts 2 days from Neg Deduction and 2 days from Jan Quota.

But even if i am deleting all my ABSENCES from 2001,this neg deduction wont disappear from 2006 infotype.

How can i delete the record in 2006 even if it is showing this deduction?or is there a way to delete this neg deduction???

Shall i change the time constraint of 2006 temporarily to delete ?Anyone came across such scenario?

Hai..

negative deduction is apart from the allocated quota. In 2006 u can view the quota which an emp is eligible for...

so the reason is negative deduction is not a part of 2006, but a special prevelige for extra deduction....

go and delete in the abs quota screen

It is the problem with Time constraint.

I was using 1,but i changed it to 2.

Now i am able to delete.
