cProject - Error occurred in accounting - check the costing in the ERP sys

Hi,

I got error while calculate costing in cProject as follows:

"Error occurred in accounting - check the costing in the ERP system - Display Help"

When I click "Display Help" the message box shows:

Message no. DPR_FIN_GECCO026

Diagnosis

Errors occurred in costing in the ERP system.

Procedure

Check the costing log for costing in the ERP system:

1. Call costing:

• If it is preliminary costing, the hyperlink for calling the ad hoccost estimate can be found in the Costing view.

• If it is costing for an account assignment object (after transfer), the hyperlink for calling Easy Cost Planning can be found in the Services view.

1. In costing, choose Revaluate All Items . The costing log is then generated with the error messages.

Procedure for System Administration

This message has the number DPR_FIN_GECCO026. </i>

This error comes because

1) You have not mention any settelment rule for your internal order

>SPRO -> 'Controlling' -> 'Internal Orders' -> 'Actual Postings' ->

Settlement' -> 'Automatic Generation of Settlement Rules' -> 'Assign

Strategy Sequence To Order Type').

or

2) You have not mention any cost element and revenue element for your resoures

---> After replication to ERP system for c project you will come to controlling screen in that

---> collabration project -->assing cost element and activity type ( mention cost element and activity type)

check the error you click on controlling cocpit button in c project Acounting tab page.

then there you find the error please tell me that.

Thank you very much for your answer, but I checked things you mentioned but the problem is not still sloved.

PS: I’m using controlling method (WBS, task based, automatic).

This error comes because

No, I have not maintained ITS setting for cProject yet.

do you think the cause of error DPR_FIN_GECCO026 is I didn't maintain ITS setting for c project?

Using ITS setting we are able to see the controlling cockpit.

The controlling cockpit shows you error , then it is very easy for you to sovle the problem.

when i face the problem that time I am not maitain the settelment rule for internal order

what proxy class you use for object type 0FIN_INT_ERP_PS ?
