How to make the Payment Method field non-selectable on portal?

Hi all,

I got an urgent issue here. There are 4 payment methods exist in the backend system. On my ESS, we can also find 4 payment methods when we maintain Bank information. The problem is that the client do not want this happens. They want to make the Payment Method field is defaulted and non-selectable, which means one and only one default payment method will appear on the portal and the employee have no chance to choose any payment method.

BTW, I am using WebDynpro version ESS.

Can anybody help me on this? Many thanks!

its not at all difficult. it will take 2 mins... check the search help exit make a copy and you can do this in 1 min.....

option is check the method and structure that is being used

I think its hcmt_pa_xx_r0009 here check the field and change the search help... this is one way

Thanks for your great help, Barin. What I am doing for this issue is to hard code it in Webdynpro....Please let me know if there is any other way. Really thank you!
