RWB Alert and CCMS Alert

Hi all,

I use auto reaction method CCMS_Send_Alert_to_ALM to send CCMS alert to Alert Framework with alert category CCMS_ALERT. I aslo defined some other alert categories in alert framework.

Sometimes one single error in XI could be classified to more than one categories (one CCMS_ALERT and other categories).

In this case, how many alerts will be generated (especially when I select "suppress multiple alerts" in RWB)? I made some tests but I am still confused.

Anyone could make me clear about that?

Hui,

Suppress multiple alerts would only stop you getting any forther alerts satisfied by the same alert rule.
