sost status Not entered in queue yet

Hello, all

I have some emails in sost with status "Not entered in queue yet", the report RSCONN01 work fine and scot is good configuration.

In the trace of e-mails in status appears "waits for the service of communication"

Version 6.40 patch level 129, Oracle 9.2 on HO-UX ia 64

Can you help me?

Hi,

I had a same problem. where it was taking very long to come up sost and it timing out. I change wpruntime prameter from 600 sec to 3000. It took about 1300 sec to come up. there were so many queues were stcked..

Yes ICM its up very fine, this problem does not produced with all the e-mails but with some.
