How to add new bps to existing target group .EX : Today i have created a target group XYZ with 100 BPs .Tomoro if i want to add 100 more BPs to my target group , what is the proceduree

It depends by the type of segmentation you are doing. If you are using<u> infosets</u> that will happen automatically, you just need to do the follwing steps:

1 - in segment builder choose your target group

2 - Context button and select Target group propreties

3 - Unflag the option 'active'

4 - Click on button refresh

Note: The new Bp's are added automatically.

5 - Put the flag Active again.

If you are using your own <u>attributes</u>, you can assign them manually, transaction CRMD_PROF_BP.

Note: you should do the steps above as well.

You can add BPs to a TG by way of a tab delimited text file or csv

It offers the option to Add or Remove BPs from the TG via an Action dropdown

In Segment Builder, right click in the main window and Create the Profile Set

right click on the initial Target Group icon that's created and select Target Group Properties

Select the Load File and Create New Target Group tab and a pop up opens asking where the .txt file is that you wish to upload from:

The file must contain a column with BP number or BP GUID

The file must be an ASCII file (e.g. *.txt or *.csv).

The first line of the file must contain the column heading

The columns must be separted with ; or ,

The new target group receives inactive status.
