Hello experts
We included the purchase order document type (EKKO-BSART) as part of the PO release strategy but if we change the document type this change is not changing the release strategy as we would expect.
Please let us know why this happens and if it can be solved.
Thank you in advance and best regards,
Alejandra Álamo B.

We made more tests and it was possible to do it.

Hello
If we change any other field included in the release strategy (e.g. purchasing group) it works changing the release strategy. However it is not working for the document type.
Do you know why and how to handle this?
Thank you and best regards,
Alejandra Álamo B.

What is the change indicator in the release strategy? If value is not changed (increased), it will not recalculate the release strategy.

Hi
Have you changed existing release strategy to include document type. You can block existing release strategy from CL02N, select staus 2 and create new one.
