Need help to implement 940, 943, 944 & 945 please.

We are try to implementing 940, 943, 944 & 945 but we have some problem in WMS but can I do usind SD please. If your answer is yes can you please explain me. I really appreciate your help.

940/943/944/945: Messge type? Idoc Strcture? Application ? Processcode? if you have some details please.

940 is delivery idoc,

when you create in sap delivery order you need to send delivery 940 idoc to external system(WMS) or logistics provider.

I know the names of the transactions but I need which is the best Idoc structure, Application, Message type, Process codes please.

If we want to create from SD please provide me some info about how to create.
