archived xml message

hi friends,

how to save archived xml messages to local system when i try to save by selecting option <b>save entire message version</b> from sxmd_admin-->archieved xml mesages(...archive).... it shows error like request message pipeline CENTRAL verison 001 unknown...

plz helpme out on thi sissue.

please have a look at the following and make sure you have done configurations correctly for archiving

i am not sure you can save hte wole message ina file on local disk..

thanks for immediate reply..i ehked all setting .....are fine....and the save the wole message option provided ....from main menu->xml messaage>save entire message..

in above settings we are not mention related to save archive ...i think....

expext more suggestions.....to solve

hi friends,

when i try to search by...archived xml messages (search useing archive)---it shows my messages...and <b>file status</b> is <b>delete completed</b>

if i try the same with archived xml messages (search useing message ID) it shows <b>no archive found</b>....
