Is it possible to Delete the Transportation Request once we configure and get saved the request.

YES. We can delete after saving also. Go to SE01 and select the Transport request which you want to delete and click on Delete icon.

You can delete the request
To delete go to SE09.
Delete the child request first and delete the parent request. then the request fully deleted.
