Hi Guys..

We started the SAP Management console... We got the below error message..

We got the error msg in Developer Trace

Can anybody give me suggestions to solve this problem.

how can we check whether the database is running...

Hi,

look at your services which are running.

its called "MAXDB: CE1" ... in Windows Services. There you can start it as well.

If you running on unix .. there must be something smiliar.

Thanks a lot.. Now the server is started. But once it started

I typed http://localhost:50000/ in the address bar..but no output...

Iam in windows environment...

what kind of message you get ?

do you have configure a proxy or something in your browser?

Hi dont thing so the proxy is configured

In the Console under ProcessList

Jstart.exe has the status All Process running

igswd.exe has the status running.

with this status, I think the server is started. if we need to check anything else please advice me, since Iam new to this.

Inside this... j2ee folder is not there... then it means we didn't install properly or not. To install j2ee seperately suggest me the link to install it.
