solution required for data upload for CL24N in general tab characteristic description its not updating in transaction when we r going through recording. but when we r doing manually directly enters the values from transaction its updating.

we r using this for retail business

just check in display convert data. whether its getting updated correctly r not

before this have u taken this field in the flat file. just check once</b>

did u done recording for this field.
