LUW data for smq2--Error During Delivery: Ibound processing locked

Hi all,

There are lot of messages(more than 7000) stucked in d Inbound queues, as viewed by SMQ2, and are in the retry mode for long.

In the LUW data the status of the queue is showing error during delivery and the error text is <b>Inbound Processing Locked for example Deadline Processing </b>

can anyone please suggest what this problem is about and suggstions for removing this problem will be really appreciated.

This is urgent as the problem is in production.

Hi

Delete the queues in smq2 and then restart the message.

Does ur scenario involve BPM? Please clarify the scenario.

Try identifying the locked items in sm12

Hi Prateek,

The BPM involved is a dicesion making BPM which is creting large Idocs.

We have checked in SM12 and the messages are locked there. Can you please advice how can we unlock the messages from SM12.

To unlock, Sm12 -> List -> Select the locked entries and Press Delete

List is disabled. Can I select that locked row and delete that lock directly?

C if ur user have role SAP_BC_BASIS_ADMIN

yes the use has that role but still the List function is inactive.

Have you tried unlocking the queue?

Also check SM58 and SM12/13.

yes we have tried unlocking the queue and activate. We have even tried to deregister from SXMB_ADM and activate and the registered again but no use.

Check in SM13 to see if the update process has been released.

Also, is there a specific error meesage...
