Configuring SLA info in IC Web Client

Hello Gurus

Please help me in configuring SLA info in CRM_IC service ticket. I have assigned the service and response profile to Service product. Would you please guide me in further steps of configuration

Hi,

You should not be playing around changing points when you want to continue asking questions. Help should be genuinely and whole heartedly appreciated. Secondly the gmail id has bounced back stating that the user doesnt exist.

Anyways SLAa are transaction types to which the service profiles and response profiles are assigned. THus the tcode for the same can also be CRMD_ORDER

Hello Rekha Dadwal,

First please accept my apologies regarding the mistakes i commited . I am totally a fresher for SAP and new comer to this Sdn.sap network.I dont have any intention of reassigning or any other things regarding points.I even dont know how these points are helpful. I just want to know how this points system is working and how these points reaching the sender. I am really sorry.

Thanks for the help and the document which you have send for configration. I have created Service contract, now i am trying to customize item category for creating SLAs .Please guide me in configring IC webclient.

I too have the doc about SLA which Rekha has send, but unfortunately i cant send the mails to public domains lik yahoo.

if u r comfortable with sharing ur company id i can send u the doc immediately
