Dear Gurus

in vd03>by Partner functions TAB>there is a 'sales employee'' function PE

I want to see this also as 'table fields for selection' in SE16 for table KNA1VV. this field is not there , how can I bring this field in the 'table fields for selection' list on this table.

or basically, I want to see a combination of [ Customer number + A/c group + Partner function 'sales employee''(PARVW) ]

Can someone guide me here.

Hi Manoj

Go to T-code:SE16.

And in left top corner u can see Table Contents. Pick on it. U will get a list of data.

including Customer no. A/c group.

Click on the box. it will get added.

Just for information, the field what you have indicated <b>PARVW</b> is connecting to many tables like EDPAR, EDPVW, J_1AOFNR4, KOPA, T024P etc., apart from KNVP.

Hi Manoj,

First create employee master data with T. code PA30.

Enter this employee no. in Customer master data - partner function tab.

Thus u can get sales employee partner funtion data in SE16.

Thanks, but I still am a bit confused

but should it not be a table join with KNA1VV and KNVP.

the field PARVW is in table KNVP. I want to see all data present in the databse with these 3 fields in action.

I did not understand how creating a new master record data in PA30 shall show me this query result from a populated database

can you please explain.

Go to SE16. And in Table name enter KNVP. Then prss F7.

Only thing A/C group willnot come. Rest u can see it.

U will get the datas.

Hi Manoj,

Ask ur HR consultant to create employee master for sales. Be sure whether they are maintaining such data.

I have'nt understood ur requirment. Why do u want to have such records in SE16. Please be specific with ur requirment.

my present requirement is all customer numbers to be seen in combination with 'partner function PE'' (which includes the PE number or name)

any way I can see this data.

at present running KNVP shows Customer # but only with 'PE''. the requirement was to see the PE number(if not the name , too)

Issue is resolved for the time being.

The table join can be achieved with ''sqvi''.
