Problem in cache notification

Former Member

Hi,

I have a problem in the cache notifications of integration directory. It will always have some error entries. When i click on "Repeat cache update for instance" button and then refresh, it will turn green.

I have checked my http destination "INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI". It is giving a return code of 500, but it has the status text as "Internal server Error".

Also at some times i keep on getting system messages in the ID like: "Unexpected error during message processing: javax.transaction.HeuristicMixedException: com.sap.engine.services.ts.exceptions.BaseHeuristicMixedException: One or more XAResources were not commited because of Exception in the second commit phase."

Please help.

Regards,

Divija.

Return code of 500 (Internal Server Error) indicates that everything is ok.

Go thru these steps :

• Executing the Cache Connection Test

• Checking the Cache Notification Status

• Checking the Cache Update Status

• Checking SM59: Connection Between Integration Builder and Runtime

• Checking Integration Directory to Integration Server and Integration Repository to

Integration Directory Communication

• Checking Integration Server to Integration Directory and Integration Directory to

Integration Repository Communication

• Checking Service User Name and Password

• Checking Profile Generation for User

• Checking the Exchange Profile

It will definitely help you out in fixing the issue....
