Hi All.

I have uploaded the photo of employee, but my client want to see the photo in the PA30 or PA20 scree itself, before going to any infotype.

Please Help

i had the same requirement to show photo in the PA30 or PA20 scree ;its working fine for me.

I am still not getting the photo in PA20/30 main scree.

whereas i am able to see the photo in infotype.

Hi Aman.

if you want maintain the photo of an employee, You can do this through

transaction SDV. It is the place where you can upload photo for an emlpoyee.

Choose the suitable tree depending upon applicant or employee data and the select the color photo line. There if you give the file path and the save the entry,

You can the view the photo in pa20 or pa30.

IMG: Personnel Mangmnt --> Personnel Administration --> Customising User Interfaces --> Change Screen Header

If you’re following the IMG path, you must now choose activity ‘Infotype Header Definition’

"All you need to do is add an entry for PERNR with Filed Type ‘PIC’. Column 75 puts the picture on the right hand side. The IT column is used to decide where to take the ‘Field Name’ value from. For PERNR, all infotypes have this field.

Don’t forget to GENERATE the screen header again."

Photo will get uploaded when you enter the personal Number.
