Pretty easy:
<b>SAPseculib</b>
- part of the shipment (of an ABAP system)
- not subject of export control
- only provides SSF functionality (digital signatures)
<b>SAPcryptolib</b>
- not shipped with the product, needs to be downloaded separately
- subject of export control (requires approval before it can be downloaded)
- provides cryptographic algorithms for data encryption
- can be used for SSL, SNC and SSF
