Dear Friends,

I tried to create "Company Code" through SPRO, folloed the std procedure to Define Company Code. but i could't find the "created Company Code" in "<b>EDIT COMPANY CODE"</b>to edit the adrress etc, PLEASE HELP URGENT

Hi,

In SPRO --> Enterprise Structure --> Defenition --> Financaial accounting --> Define/copy/delete Company code.

Go to define company code (EC01), click on the copy button, copy from 1000 to your company code. it will ask whther to copy G/L account data --> Yes, If you want to change the currency, you can enter the currency value.

After copying come out from the screen and click on edit company code data. Click on the position button in the bottom, enter the company code which you created, then edit.

After successfully copying the data u click on the company code u have created and click on the address icon on the extreme right to fill the address details.

Hi

Firest you define the Company in SPRO>Enterprise Structure>Definition>Financial Accounting>Define company then save your request.

Then assign the Com. Code in SPRO>Enterprise Structure>Assignment>Financial Accounting>Assign company code to company

Now come back to SPRO>Enterprise Structure>Financial Accounting>Edit, Copy, Delete, Check Company Code , & do editing.
