Iam working on Installed Base for linking the Parent Child with Serial Number Application

I have already started reading the link

pl share your experience by giving some tips like Transactional flow, selecting, navigating etc that will help better

My application is HEADER and Child linking ie)

Example COMPUTER ASSEMBLY is Header

i have to link cpu,keyboard, monitor and mouse like that

all are serial number items
