Hi Vishal

The concept Internet Sales comes in SAP CRM.

Basically internet sales the Users may configure and Order products or Services Using my SAP CRM Internet Components.

Eg;- Customer can Update infomation availabe from time to time from CRM Central Server.

Internet Applications Components are made available through web Server.

They are Based on J2EE represents an Open,Non SAP Proprietary Plat From.

Product Catalog rae exported from the CRM System to an external System Index Server for the Faster access to product Data.

Regarding the IPC Configuration you can Poss your thread in my SAP CRM.
