You cannot activate BC Sets in the productive logon client

Message no. SCPR230

Hi,

When iam activating a bc set "SERVICE_DESK_CHANGE_REQUEST_32A" from transaction code SCPR20 iam getting the above error and this is related to the configuration of service desk.

Please help me in the issue.

go to scc4, in your solution manager server and change the client role as test.

Now u proceed the BC set activate..
