Check if there are dialog work processes available for users to log on. I got a similar error message once only to realize that all the dialog work processes were taken up.

1.To check the dialog work processes from the OS, log in as <SID>adm and run dpmon.

2. If it is okay to, bounce just SAP if all the dialog work processes are taken up and you cannot kill the work processes.

3. If that doesnot work, try restarting the OS if its okay to.

The issue is only for one id or nobody can get in into the system ? Is it only from one computer or only from vista ?

Thanks

hi prince,

This problem is from vista, if i have windows XP on my laptop , i won't get this issue to access sap ECC 6.0 remote connection.

MY laptop hard disk (SATA) does not support windows XP.

others are not facing any problem from windows XP OS to access that SAP connection.

Thanks for ur reply..

Thanks

If you check it in Task Manager-> Performance TAB where you find total number Handles.. this might have reached maximun number...

Mostly reboot your Operating System will resolve the issue...If you get this error still, then you need to upgrade your RAM.
