Delete Purchase Requisition in APO

Hi,

I need to delete purchase requisition in APO. The conversion indicator was set for these orders and no transfer were done to R/3. now they are not required anymore and normal TCODE is not working.

Try deleting it through /sapapo/ccr transaction as well after comparison. I understand that the order exists in APO and not in R/3. You may also try exploring switching off the Integration Model and then trying to delete. Normally the report of delete_pp_order does the trick but I guess the order you mention may be existing in APO in some kind of limbo.

Hi,

Try the Transaction Code: /SAPAPO/RLCDEL.

Select By Categories --> and specify the Order category and provide product, location, version, etc for manual selection.

You might first want to run the report in test mode, check the orders that are getting deleted and then run it again by unchecking the test mode option.
