Copy cost centers & profit centers to a new Company

What's the transactions or customizing path to copy cost and profit centers to a new company ?

Hi Paulo,

go to the standard hierarchy for cost center (t-code OKEON) then go to extras and transport Std. hierarchy same thing you can do for Profit centers.

Include the master data you want to include into the request.

it will solve your proble.

I want to copy from one controlling area to another.

You will probably need a LSMW.

If you are creating brand new Cost Centers and Profit Centers and moving them to a new Company Code, what are you going to do with the current set of master data.

You need to make sure you close them by changing their life.

KE56 moves profits centers from one company code to another one.

I just want to duplicate the structure displayed in OKENN transaction,

for cost centers

and the structure displayed in KCH6N transaction for profit centers,

to the new Company.

Any ideas ?
