How to unlock an user?

I don't know which forum would be better(EP Content Development or this). I think it is more an administative task.

My EP was crached during deployment of PAR.

After that I can't login as admin into EP.

	at com.sap.security.core.server.userstore.UserContextUME.engineGetUserInfo(UserContextUME.java:193)

Caused by: com.sap.security.api.NoSuchUserAccountException: Cannot lock .....
it is in use by another owner. The lock collision occurred with user <unknown>.

How to unlock this account?
