It seems, that your workstation can't resolve the name "service.sap.com".

Open a cmd.exe and execute

nslookup service.sap.com

Do you get an IP addresse back?

Hi,

In nslookup I'm getting this error.

can't find service.sap.com: Non-existent domain

This is your problem.

If you don´t use a proxy server you must make sure, the local workstation has a valid DNS server entry in the TCP/IP configuration, that is able to resolve the names of the machines you want to access. This doesn´t seem to be the case.

This is not a problem of Download Manager but a problem of you local configuration, contact your administrator so that he can give you a DNS server, who´s able to resolve the names.
