Hi
I have the following business scenario:
I have created a project plan consisting of 10 phases. The project can go to next phase only after approvals from current phase decision makers thru approval document.
In this process, there is a business scenario, wherein, if in phase 6 approval stage, for some reason it gets rejected, I have go back to phase 3 and restart project process again from there. That means I have reset the statutes of the pahses, checklists, task etc from Completed to Released.
Is it possible to have this kind of busienss scenario and if so how? Is there a better way to do?
Regards

well Senthil....
I dont think it can be done through any configuration. You will have to write your own custom code in a BAdI... probably DPR_EVENTS use Phase Approval filter value...
Through config you can have a custom phase type only for the 6th phase.
In the BAdI Implementation, check the phase type .. if it is for the 6th phase... check its approval status and change back status of other objects (phases/tasks/check) to "reset completed".
I hope this helps.
