Crystal report parameter problem

Hi all,

I am trying to open a crystal report from SAP. The report is given the connection info through setconnection using vb.net coding. The problem is as soon as I give the connection info the report is not prompting for the parameter and gives error. Even If I try to give the parameter values through the code it is not accepting the values. but thev code which ives the value is correct since when I remove the code for connection info. everything is OK. and the report is generated. The problem happensa only when I give connection info(server name , databse name).

pls give any suggestions.

Have you set up your data source (ODBC) properly?

p/s: the crystal report you mentioned, is it integrate in SAP itself or just an external software which gets data from SAP?

Are you using VB addon in SAP B1 where it generates crystal report ? I suggest to post this problem in SDK SDN forum.
