deliver text items in VL10c

Hello all,

in the sales order we have text items (item category is relevant for delivery). By creating the delivery via VL10A all text items are also copied into the delivery.

In case i use VL10C the delivery due list does not show the text items. Also in the created deliveries there are no text items. Do you have an idea why the text items can not be delivered via VL10C.

thanks for the prompt reply.

The item categors is set as relevent for delivery!

the strange thing is, that in VL10A the text items are copied to the delivery. In VL10C the text items are not copied to the delivery (they also don't appear on the delivery due list).

Hi

Please check that in the item category TATX (if not using the standard, then the item category for the text items) the field - ITEM RELEVANT FOR DELIVERY is checked or not. If it is not checked, the item will not be copied from the sales order to the delivery.
