4.6C Local Install R3Setup Failure When entering W2K3 Local Admin Password

I am running W2K3 and SQL 2000. I am doing a LOCAL install of SAP 4.6C from SAP SQL 2000 Tools CD. Everything works fine until R3SETUP wants me to enter and verify my <SID>adm password. I enter the current password of the local <SID>adm. Then I pull a step OSUSERSIDADMPASSWD_NT_IND and key:DMIN error with a screen wanting me to enter a DMIN field. Any ideas how to fix this???

Never mind.............. Corporate domain admin's had my W2K3 password security WAY TOO TIGHT. I tempoarily changed the settings and am moving forward.
